摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析PD患者膀胱过动症状(OABS)的患病率、影响因素以及OABS对PD患者生活质量(health related quality of life,HRQL)的影响。方法运用膀胱过度活动症问卷(overactive bladder question-naire,OAB-q)、统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)对115例PD患者进行评估。结果 PD患者OABS患病率47.0%。PD组OABSS得分明显高于对照组(P=0.000);PD组的生活质量得分均低于对照组。年龄及帕金森病严重程度与PD患者OABS严重程度呈正相关。OAB组HRQL得分较非OAB组低(P=0.003)。结论 OABS是PD患者中常见的非运动症状之一,OABS严重影响PD患者生活质量,年龄增长和PD病情恶化可增加OABS的严重程度。
