摘要(Abstract)：

<正>20世纪70年代中期在美国发生了接种流感疫苗后Guillain-Barré综合征(Guillain-Barrésyndrome,GBS)发病率增高的情况。该事件促进了GBS的临床研究,20世纪80年代由美国学者制定了国际上第一个GBS诊断标准。直到21世纪初,学者们一直认为流感疫苗是引起GBS的一个重要因素。但近年研究提示流感病毒更可能是流感期
