摘要(Abstract)：

<正>白塞病(Behcet disease,BD)是一种慢性全身性血管炎症性疾病,好发年龄16~40岁,主要表现为复发性口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡、眼炎及皮肤损害,也可累及神经系统、消化道、关节等器官~([1])。神经系统受累称神经白塞病(neuroBehcet disease,NBD),约占BD的9.4%,是该病致残和死亡的主要原因之一~([2])。本文通过对7例NBD患者的临床表现及MRI特点进行总结归纳,旨在为临床诊断提供
