脑卒中的性别差异:流行病学、危险因素、治疗及预后Sex differences in stroke:epidemiology,risk factors,treatment and outcome

摘要(Abstract):
脑卒中是导致人类残疾和死亡的重要原因,不同性别患者在生理、激素水平、危险因素、治疗等很多方面都存在差异,这些因素均可影响脑卒中的预后。明确不同性别患者的差异可有助于临床进行更有效的诊断和治疗。现就脑卒中的流行病学、危险因素治疗及预后等方面的性别差异进行综述。
