摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后发生急性脑出血并发症的危险因素及预后转归。方法检索北京医院心脏导管室随访系统中所有术后急性期发生脑出血的病例,同时检索1995年至2011年的万方数据库和Pubmed数据库中的相应病例报道,并对患者的基线情况、基础心脏病、术前抗血小板药物种类和剂量、术中肝素用量、术后脑出血发病时间、首发症状、出血量、是否行外科手术及临床转归等临床资料进行收集和分析。结果共收集9例PCI术后脑出血患者的临床资料,其中来自作者医院3例。9例患者年龄48～90岁,60岁以上5例,平均年龄(61.9±13.7)岁,其中7例合并高血压病。急性期因脑出血并发症死亡3例,另外1例长期昏迷4年后因肺炎死亡,基本痊愈3例,预后不详2例。结论 PCI术后脑出血是少见的并发症,临床预后差,高血压病和高龄可能是其重要的危险因素。
